Directors Conflict of Interest Guidelines

  1. A director will not vote when a family member is being considered or nominated.
  2. If a director or immediate family member has a business arrangement with a nominee, said director will declare, a conflict.
  3. A director will declare a conflict if they have close ties to the nominee.
